THE IDEAS SHEET
The ideas sheet of things that I liked / wanted to see in the animation. It’s actually quite rare for me to do a sheet like this on a animation...and maybe I should do something like this more often...but, this is, in actual fact, the only one I ever did….but, the thing is, I'm the worst technical director in the world when it comes to knowing ray tracing software inside out, and getting exactly what I want out of the software...which is maybe why I don’t do these things because I know deep down, it's not going to be possible to create it. However, I have a strong, strong memory of trying so very, very hard to do everything on these lists. I did actually do a scene with crows, but it was horrendous and couldn't be used.

INTRODUCTION
It was about time, really, that a Errans Alba blog was created.
There's one bloke called Ken Dunn out there (another short film director) who I know wants to see this animation completed!...but for that matter, I do too. It's terrible that I kind of abandoned this, though, I've always said that it's not abandoned, it's just "been put on hold".
But really, to come clean about some of this, and be perfectly honest with you...there was no real rush or excitement spare rattling around in my head to complete it. This particular project has been the least enjoyable for me. There was very much a firm intention of somthing that goes like this... "Yeah, I'll complete that one day but not any time soon". I just wanted to get away from it, and get away from it I did.
A short time ago though, I had a screening on our new TV and I'd not watched the animation in a long time...when it got to the end, I felt somewhat guilty that it's not been finished, and was also quite surprised at how good some of the shots are in it.
